I used the same video downloader ( Video DownloadHelper) to download multiple MP4s from the same site that are larger/longer than my problem MP4 and those other MP4s do not have the same problem. Capturing as one file does not play well during the second half. You streaming device accepts different formats so it play fine. During a scrne change the second part began streaming behind the first.
